When you step inside the Chrysalis Event Center you will find a beautiful state-of-the-art event venue located in Papillion, Nebraska. The Chrysalis Event Center offers an array of flexible workspaces, as well as large meeting rooms, each of which can be set-up to accommodate your specific needs.
Chrysalis Ballroom
The Chrysalis Ballroom can be set-up to host 10 attendees or 240 attendees. With the modular airwalls, the ballroom can be divided into up to three separate suites. The full ballroom can accommodate up to 130 people in a classroom-style setting, 325 people theater-style setting, or 240 at banquet rounds with 8 guests per table.
The ballroom is equipped with wireless internet, drop-down projection screens, ceiling-mounted projectors, and three independent Zoom/Teams remote conference capabilities, giving you access to everything you may need for your next company meeting.

Chrysalis Classroom Rental
The classrooms at Papillion Landing offer a private space to gather in for a small meeting, off-site interview, or even a brain-storming session.
Each classroom is set with six tables, 12 chairs, a whiteboard, and audiovisual capabilities via HDMI input into a Samsung Smart TV.

Chrysalis Event Hall
This spacious event hall which features no columns provides your organization with the flexibility to custom fit any event. If you are looking to honor your employees with an awards banquet, bring in organizations for a trade show, or need to accommodate over 200 attendees for a training session, it can be done in our event hall. This built-in stage with audio capabilities makes presentations a breeze.

To assist in planning your event please note the following policies.
Chrysalis rooms must be rented 21 days or more prior to the event date. Community rooms may be rented 5 days or more prior to the event date.
All events over 30 people that serve food and beverages (other than a special desert) must use a City of Papillion approved Caterer. Approved caterers are Attitude on Food – 402-341-3663, Abraham’s Catering – 402-331-6610, Patricia’s Catering – 402-733-6733, Hy- Vee Papillion – 402-597-5790, and Catering Creations – 402-558-3202. Customers may bring in a cake or dessert.
Birthday parties for children under 16 will be held in the Papillion Landing birthday party rooms only.
