2. How do I report a complaint or ask a question?

Complaints or questions may be submitted through one of the following methods:

• Calling the Building Department at 402-597-2072
• Contacting the Mayor's Hotline or calling 402-827-1111
• Contacting Code Enforcement directly by email or phone at 402-829-1183

3. How do I know if the violation is on private or public property?

Generally the property located between the street and the sidewalk is public property, along with streets, alleys, and parks.

4. Is my property located within the city limits or the extra territorial jurisdiction?

5. What ordinances are enforced in the city limits and in the extra territorial jurisdiction?

The City of Papillion currently enforces all ordinances within the city limits of Papillion. All building and zoning codes are enforced within the city limits and within our two mile extraterritorial jurisdiction.
